Tennessee has joined several other states in trying to pass a Health Care Freedom Act. NO COLAs for granny, retired Military or retired fed employees. BIG NEW fees for Tricare for Life retired over 65 Military's secondary health ins. (DOD bill already passed, delayed but goes into effect 2011)

It was Murtha who screamed an SOS during the last election . He eneded an infusion of millions to win becasue he was going down. A Republican will win!!!

That being said, I hate the fact that Murtha will most likely receive a full Military Honors Funeral after what he did to LtCol Chessani USMC and his fine Battalion of Marines.
From what I understand, there could be a special election or Fast Eddy could just leave the seat open till November.
