I could be completely out of line here, but I’m just going to say it anyway. As Christians we really need to stop picking on each other. From politics to the public school system, it seems that everyone has an opinion about everyone else and we’re not afraid to share it with the world. Differences in doctrine and parenting alone can be enough to get us riled up fast. It’s a dog eat dog world out there and it seems like the older I get, the more often I need to pull over and get a rabies shot.

They might have. It would be impossible to tell. Baptism is supposed to be an act of obedience to Scripture. But I know people who did it just because they were supposed to do it. (raises hand).
Methodists believe Baptism is a Means of Grace. People can be brought to Christ through the act of Baptism.

Tradition. The Catholics did it and the Anglicans did it so the Methodists do it. Entire households were baptized in antiquity. Tradition? I knew there was a reason I am an atheist : )
Ordaining blacks?
Joseph Smith himself ordained a Black to the Melchizedek priesthood.
The Catholic Church is wrong if it doesn’t follow Saved by Grace.
I guess the Mormons are in good company.
