Exactly. I always ask zealots to apply the most basic rules of scientific experimentation.

1. Observe the unchanged state (i.e. Earth in 2010 with no human industry).
2. Apply external change to state (i.e. add human industry).
3. Measure change.

Because it is impossible to do #1, it is impossible to say what the correct global temperature is.
