Gee, guess the science is settled after all. Who would have thunk Al Gore was wrong? [/s] Call me crazy, but I would think its really kinda important to get the science right before we spend trillions of $$ and reshape our economies to fight a problem that doesn’t exist.

The first of the review's terms of reference is limited to: "...manipulation or suppression of data which is at odds with acceptable scientific practice..." The term 'acceptable' is not defined and might better be replaced with 'objective'.

That is how to dismember with a well-honed, thin-slicing knive. Best line of the report.
