That’s pretty much everyday states that allow it.

This could get interesting.
I hope some folks show up in Revolutionary War garb with slung muskets.

We live in interesting times. Apparently, conservatives are just as capable of "getting in their faces", as Obama was fond of saying a year ago. Really, what did the arrogant left expect to happen? Their egos keep them from seeing past their noses.
Excellent pic in post#4, Trav. Simple and to the point.
It is a somewhat sad comment on how indoctrinated, urbanized and sheepish our culture has become, that simple possession of a firearm is cause for alarm. And further, that when said firearms is in the hands of a LEO, then it's A-OK. That's where the "indoctrination" part really comes in.

The pic is from Western Rifle Shooters, where this idea came from.
If that picture is so powerful, and it is, imagine the pictures of HUNDREDS of men with slung rifles?

Who's playing? Fully load pistol, ammo for rifle/shotgun on your person.
Do you have a better idea?

"3. Open carry of a loaded pistol is allowed." Some are slower on the draw than others. Very sad indeed. :<(

subject to final coordination with the Department of the Interior Am curious how this part plays out. Assurance that there are no surprises either was would help.
To: paul51
You can. Just keep the longarms unloaded and nose-down, as the rules say _for_good_reason_. You can switch from that to “at the ready” in seconds, so you have little/no complaint.
To: An Old Man
what is sad is people getting giddy about being allowed to exercise some portion of their rights.
