Indeed; they went unarmed ... imagine if they weren’t.
Hence the concern about twits a la #10.
Someone has to.

i agree. you seemed to ridicule the questions when i posed them earlier
Will you be there?
Then what's the damned point? If you are going to go armed and commit civil disobedience, GO ARMED.
And you know perfectly well that the media will not cover the event unless they have their ‘Reichstag Fire’.
We’ve gathered tens of thousands with little coverage. Today the media was aflutter with reports of a dozen ‘pro-health’ demonstrators.
We had a couple hundred thousand in D.C. that barely got a mention.
What will it take? Shall we exercise our rights or just pieces of them?
(I’m not railing at you, but others who will argue that permits are required for ‘civil disobedience’)
Kit!

That date is a propaganda field day for the MSM, you do realize that, don’t you? Bad choice, playing into their narrative.
Read carefully. It says you may carry ammo, just keep the gun unloaded.
We really ought to march straight up to the Capitol and into the congressional chamber demanding a redress of grievances. Let’s see if any of those asshats want to return home after their stint is up in DC.
Those scumbags need to constantly be in fear of a lynching so that they truly represent the people, rather than their own interests. They need to state to lobbyists in all seriousness, “If I vote the way you want, my constituents are gonna string me from a tree.”
Love is great, but fear works wonders. (paraphrasing Machiavelli, poorly)
I have committed to the rally at the Mall in DC. I might make this one if I can do it without conflict to the other commitment.
“Then what’s the damned point? If you are going to go armed and commit civil disobedience, GO ARMED.”
Where is the civil disobedience? I don’t see it. This is an exercise of rights.
