Thank you. I would really like to stop asking for ID. Now if you write “ask for ID” on the back, then you had better have some ID. Other than that...whatever. I have to ask for ID on a check, business or otherwise, credit cards and debit cards. I don’t mind the idea of protecting the customer and the business but sometimes it gets a little extreme. Now if I know you and am willing to take personal responsibility for you, I can write PK on the back of your check or my copy of your receipt. Not too many people I am willing to do that for. Lol
