Um the Tea Party was started by Libertarians. This is why Palin is out there saying that they have more in common with Republicans so they should join in.

I believe the very heart and soul of conservatism is libertarianism. I think conservatism is really a misnomer, just as liberalism is a misnomer for the liberals...The basis of conservatism is a desire for less government interference or less centralized authority or more individual freedom, and this is a pretty general description also of what libertarianism is. -President Ronald Reagan

That is not true

The Tea PArty in Conencticut was started by all registered republicans

It was our desire to equally expose all candidates who presented a storong constitutional stand that led us to look at Libertarian candidates and not check like we should of

Finding all the endorsements of Kokesh + Schiff made me sick

ANY political party that is co-endorsed with David Duke is stained, correct?

Well, Ron Paul/Rand Paul is stained with a Marxist world Workers Party marcher, a Code Pink marcher, an IVAW Traitor who openly called on Army Troops to desert in time of war inside their chowhall in Ansbach Germany and he even videotaped it and bragged about it afterwards and his account is till on the IVAW website

I will in no way vote for anyone connected to people like that.

Have you ever read the next paragraph of that quote? You should look it up.

Oh, and the tea party movement was not started by Libertarians. Not counting the original, the concept of a ‘tea party’ protest is common in our country. One guy actually bought ‘tea party’ website URLs back in 2004, there have been third and fourth tier ‘tea party’ political parties for decades, and it is easy to find many tea party tax protests going back for decades (the funniest I found was a strip club protesting a dance tax back in the early 90s).

Where I live in California, the Tea Parties began with the Republican Women Federated. Libertarians joined in later.
