The Judge said they would be medical professionals training with sidearms / the military.
Language is too vague...power to take over the National Guard in peace time. This is a constitutional confrontation.
He states there was no debate on the floor of the congress.
1. Military is only budgeted every year this supplies money for 4 yrs.
2. You won’t be able to retire if you are on active duty
3. National guard and physician you can’t retire unless the president lets you.
Congress has created this without debate authorized president to remove military personnel from the states or to create a new army have legitimate fear in my view.
We don’t know how this will be implemented. The language is vague. It could be military or non - military and still be consistent with the statute.

And I hope they stay the course of continuing to crimimalize political dissent, to call dissent "racist." Because that aids our cause. I hope they send out the FBI and harrangue the people.That aids our cause. Let them charge those who dissent with sedition and treason at the same time that Eric Holder Mirandizes killers of American soldiers? I WANT THAT!

Oh, I can fully see “voluntary service” as a condition for all college students getting student loans now that the federal government is the sole source of those loans. Notice how common it is now in high schools across the country.
“Voluntary” servitude becomes a requirement for graduation. Ironic that a black president would violate the 13th Amendment, and on such a massive scale. “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”
One very likely scenario is that the incrmentalism just gets ramped up a notch until “it’s always been that way” becomes the common chant. A continuation of the bloodless coup.

IMHO, that price sounds almost too good. If you could arrange with the seller to take it to a range and/or gunsmith and make sure it’s mechanically sound and shoots well (and isn’t stolen!) I’d go for it!
