I saw that Rick Santorum was in Iowa and he is fund raising. I like him. I know people say he campaigned for Specter but Bush did some arm twisting there.

After her commernts I would support Santorum, Ryan, Chris Christie or Michelle Bachmann. The whole McCain thing is too much for me.

“We can criticize his policies”

I appreciate his service to this nation. But his time as Senator must end due to his lame, damaging policies. His campaign finance reform also helped seal the RATS super majority.

Go JD: http://www.jdforsenate.com/?p=3274 - JD’s within $200,000 of $1 Million for March...:)

I'm headed back in about a month.

What do you do? Most companies over there go out of their way to hire vets. :)

And we have another Florida patriot/hero in Lt.Comdr.Dan Fanelli who is running for Congress from Florida District 8 against the Socialist/DEM Alan Grayson!

Dan Fanelli needs all the support he can get to go up against the Grayson millions!

Please consider visiting Dan Fanelli’s website at the link below and donate whatever you can to help. Dan is the man to send Grayson packing in November!

Dan was approached by the characters who managed to register a so called “Tea Party Party” with the state of Florida, to run as their candidate.....before they selected Peg Dunmire...you know, the one Glenn Beck mentioned at his Orlando event. Dan Fanelli turned the so called “TPP” down flat because he knows their backgrounds....one being a DEM!!

Check Lt.Comdr.Dan Fanelli out at this link and you will understand why he is the best constitutional conservative to end Grayson’s presence in Congress!

Right now I work in the parts room of the maintenance garage of a city bus system. I work unsupervised for 2/3 of my shift (which does lend itself to FReeping opportunities). Previously I was a bit of a road warrior, distributing car parts (mostly for collision repair) to shops and garages throughout the southwest of my state.

Formerly, I was a supply sergeant for the Army.

Yes, Sarah does love our military and our veterans.

We also have a wonderful constitutional conservative veteran running against Grayson in FL District 8. He is getting my wholehearted support! Check him out here, and remember he is going up against the Grayson millions! Any support you could manage is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

++++++++++++++

I like Paul Ryan, Jim DeMint, Bachmann, mebbe Mike Pence.

Except for DeMint we’re talking about Reps on that list. But people in the House don’t normally run for POTUS/VPOTUS, unless like Bush Sr. (who lost twice in runs for the Senate), they hold high level appointed positions in the interim, and then in his case only for VP first, then Prez. Ford was nominated as VP, coming in from the House, during the Watergate scandal.

Usually people become POTUS from the Governor or Senator chairs.

I noticed the /s after your post, so assume your statement is sarcasm.

I have met and have talked with Allen West on several occasions and can tell you he is NOT an amnesty loving RINO!

I am an old lady who hopes to see Allen West in the White House before I leave this earth! We Americans would then have a black President in the White House who would faithfully honor our Constitution and would certainly be Constitutionally qualified to be our Commander in Chief!

It is there to say so explicitly, so that no assumptions are necessary.

I ... can tell you he is NOT an amnesty loving RINO!

I am sure you're right.

If COL West accepts her help, he’s an amnesty-loving RINO and must be eviscerated in prose daily in at least 14 FR threads. /s

Which part of the following makes you think he’s for amnesty?

If groups like La Raza, and those are supporting it, place furthering the illegal immigrant agenda over that of America I consider them seditious and treasonous.

This is not about “undocumented workers”; it is about the federal government protecting American citizens. And I do not trust new Homeland Security head Janet Napolitano to meet that standard.

Illegal immigration adversely affects our economy, jobs, national security, crime levels, education, and healthcare. One could make the case that it is singularly the most devastating issue for America. Yet our elected officials say and do nothing to rectify the situation.

One side seeks to provide cheap labor while the other side seeks to remake the voting electorate in America, through granting amnesty…which we tried under President Reagan.

Talk radio host Michael Savage sums this issue up nicely; borders, culture, and language.

In 2008 there was estimated 6900 drug cartel related deaths along our border, that number is already more than 1000 for 2009. And we still continue the idiocy of having open borders. Members of the Obama administration are attempting to blame gun proliferation in Mexico on the US. This is just another attempt at gun control in America.

If the issue is guns getting across the border, then seal the border and have controlled access points. We have a US Border Patrol agency which is outmanned and outgunned along the border.

I advocate moving the USBP under the Department of Defense in order to provide proper training, equipping, and better personnel resourcing for the important mission of securing our border. We can lateral transfer members of our Armed Services with Iraq and Afghanistan experience into the USBP for their expertise.

There must be obstacles to deter the illegal aliens, human traffickers, drug runners, and Islamic terrorists who are exploiting our porous border. I support some type of physical deterrent, fence or wall, anything which will canalize activity to areas where we can have better control.

We have to end the failed ideal of “multiculturalism” as it pertains to subjugating American culture to every other culture. The practice of easily obtained student visas led to the horror of 9-11. We can no longer grant these visas, or any others, to citizens entering from Countries known to harboring terrorist groups, especially Islamic terrorist groups.

We must clean out our prisons of illegal immigrants and have harsher penalties against illegals perpetrating crimes against American citizens. The “anchor baby” practice must be terminated. Lastly, any American city classifying itself as a “sanctuary city” must be cut off from receiving any federal government funding.

America is a Nation of Americans and therefore there should be three types of persons here; Americans, those wanting to be Americans, and guests. We must take pride and declare English as our official language. I am sick of being prompted to “press 1 for English”. The most vital element uniting a people is a common language; anyone voting against this measure should not call themselves an American representative.

There are millions of Americans unemployed and lacking proper benefits for to sustain an adequate standard of living. However in this recent “stimulus bill” amendments for e-verify were removed, enabling illegal immigrants to secure jobs which should be for Americans.

The US Constitution has these three mandates; ensure domestic tranquility, promote the general welfare, and provide for the common defense. All three of these directives relate to the issue of illegal immigration.

Tonight when I get home I’m going to add a US, Gadsden, and Israeli flag to the lid. Come the weekend I may spend part of the day at a local wifi hotspot, looking for popping libheads.

BLESSINGS!!!!

Wow, I’m a liar, and so is Sarah herself (?!) - according to you. What part did I lie about? This is an interview with Greta Van Sustern on Fox from last Friday.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,590022,00.html
VAN SUSTEREN: Governor Palin, if you were vice president today, what would you be telling a President McCain about what to do about immigration, if anything?

PALIN: I support his position on immigration. It all comes down to securing the border. And he who has actually proposed some solutions, the Obama administration does not want to listen to Senator McCain or any other Republican, and that, of course, leads to a greater problem that we have in Washington, D.C. And it’s that lack of the new administration’s ability and enthusiasm for listening to those on the other side of the aisle who have some good solutions that they want considered.
