I guess as a youngster she was busy designing wacky, risque outfits when she should have been learning the definitions of words, but Madonna -- the famed "Material Girl" -- uttered a whopper recently misusing the word "irony" when she should have been using the word "hypocrite"… as in what she is.
Of course the first thought that anyone has of pop singer Madonna is sex, sex, sex. She has made her entire career on selling her sexuality. From the days of 1983's hit "Holliday," to photo spreads in Playboy and Penthouse, to crawling on stage like a cat in heat, to girl-on-girl kisses, and raunchy videos throughout, Madonna has made her bucks with her body with as much skin showing as possible at all times even today in her 50s.
But, suddenly mother Madonna is hopeful that her own 13-year-old daughter, Lourdes, will "dress more conservatively." Sex is bad all of a sudden when Madonna is talking about her own child...

I read it somewhere that she won’t even let her kids look at T.V. because it is trashy. Yet, she makes her living being WALKING, TALKING TRASH!
Not only a hypocrit, but an idiot mother to boot.
Her daughter is 13. You don’t “wish” they’d dress differently. You tell them to.
She exploits and pollutes the minds of YOUR kids while teaching the opposite to HER kids.
WHEN are KIDS going to WAKE UP and realize they are BEING USED for $$$$?
She doesn't want her kids watching TV because she's afraid they'll come across some of her films like the forgettably trashy "Body of Evidence" with Willem Dafoe.
(And, of course, she’s got Madonna wannabes following in her wake...starting to do the same thing...like Lady Gag-Gag)
Most parents have abandoned that tactic, as evident by what their kids wear.
I’m still trying to find anything attractive about her . . . black, hairy armpits; manly, muscular arms, homely face . . . just don’t see anything worth getting excited about, even when she was younger. Nice rack, tho!
Madonna is an old woman who hopes her kids will grow up despite her inability to do so.
What did her (ex?) husband say? That sleeping with her was like being next to a piece of gristle?
Remember the first time as a kid that you realized your parents had sex? Weren’t you glad they kind of took pains to keep that part of their lives private?
I think there is nothing that stunts, distorts, and in many cases ruins a child’s normal development, including normal development of sexuality, than an immodest, much less a pornographic, much less a publicly pornographic mother.
Read up on Anna Nicole Smith’s son, Danny. Cher’s daughter/son. Yes, the whole world was supposed to lust literally after Anna Nicole Smith, but her teenage son was supposed to look at those photos, films and activities and feel nothing; after all, that woman — the one who even walked around naked in front of him — was his mother. But these are only famous examples of children who grew up with mothers who were overly, publicly sexual. To the point that they grew up seeing their own mother’s body and sexual activity while they were also still supposed to view their mother as, well, their mother.
Lourdes and especially Madonna’s sons can’t help but be effected somehow by growing up with her mother’s public sexuality in her face.
She sold her sexuality so her daughter wouldn’t have to...
Sort of like a street whore expecting her daughter grow up a virgin.
Think about it: is there anything Madonna HASN’T done? No matter what style of acting out her daughter chooses, she has an easy retort: “Well, Mom, YOU did it, and look where it got you.”
