Part true. First, Obama is doing it badly, very badly! On the other hand, there have been a few dems who have been explaining the health care law, and they have been in some cases contradicting what the president has said. The number of other dems speaking out is diminishing. Perhaps because they get booed when they open their mouths is one explanation for their loss of voice.
