If the mandate to buy insurance survives constitutional challenges, individuals should consider defying the mandate and not purchasing insurance. Why is opting out a sound idea for patients?

I haven’t read the 2000 page monster, but have seen clips.
Is there anything that would prevent a purely 100% CASH system from developing - that would allow patients and doctors to opt out, assuming they even paid the IRS-enforced penalties??
Pray we win in the courts.
My plan:
1) Buy high deductible, catastrophic plan that will be grandfathered in.
2) Open health-savings account.
3) Pay penalty for not having a Gov’t approve plan. This will be cheaper than paying the $20,000 per year premium a gov’t approved plan will cost my family.
They don't care about health care. They never have. They want to make you miserable, poor, dependent and hopeless.
