Cynthias McKinney is not a member of the President's Cabinent, while this man is one of the dozen or so Ministers, or heads of departments, in the Government of Kenya. Comparable to the President's cabinent secretaries here. The parlimentry system doesn't really have 3 branches of government, the executive and legislative are combined.
If anyone is in a position to know, the cabinent ministers probably are, espcially the ones from Mr. Odinga's party.
It doesn’t matter to the paid trollers. Once Obama admits he was born there they will then say it doesn’t matter. That the people voted for him. Then they will incite riots if they can.
Actually, my point was that I think some of the Birthers here are not sincere. BUT, this might be a good chance for the dedicated and sincere Freepers to separate themselves from what I suspect are DU/KOS type agitators.
No matter what I think about the merits of the Kenyan BC, even I have to admit that it is the closest thing to real evidence that has been presented on the “Not born in Hawaii” prong of the birther movement.
While the Kenyan BC might not prevail on the weight of evidence, it is something that could actually be entered into evidence in a court proceeding. Mr. Smith’s testimony about how he obtained it could also be considered evidence.
So, perhaps the real honest sincere Freeper birthers could use this as a litmus test for their fellow birthers here. They can either support Mr. Smith with their time and/or their money, and if they refuse, then perhaps this gives you an idea of who the trolls and moles are among the freeper birthers.
And, I will say this in all honesty, that while I personally do not believe Smith’s Kenyan BC is genuine, I will also state that it is the only documentary evidence that I have seen which is capable of being entered into evidence.
Soooo, birthers....back this guy up if you truly believe Obama was born in Kenya. Money can buy billboards. Money can get you interviews. Money can start you a real good blog site. Money can buy advertisements. As many of you as there are, it should not financially cripple any of you.

The only addition to your statements is to say that it may be “re-introduced” into evidence in another court proceeding, along with his Affidavit of Authenticity, as it was already introduced into evidence in the Carter Case.
Well, technically I think it wasn’t introduced. I may be wrong, but IIRC, it was attached to some of the pleadings. This is a sneaky way lawyers use to get a document before a judge, when there is some question it might not be accepted into evidence. For example, police reports are usually not accepted as evidence, but some lawyers will attach them to a Complaint, or Motion.

Might have been a long time. BHO Jr is still a young man. Although those cancer sticks, and all the "wee-weeing" will take a toll on him. My youngest sister in law, and the older one too for that matter, partake in both of those too. My wife is the oldest of the 3 sisters, but looks the youngest, because she doesn't. She's over 2 years older than the older sister, and 7 years older than the youngest one.

Thank you for the suggestion but, respectfully, I DONT WANT FREE MONEY FROM ANYONE.
I’ve been paying my own way through life since I was a teenager and I will continue to do so.
A lot of people that support me are not wealthy. Some are even very poor (economically).
Many of them do their part by spreading the word online and in person. I don’t want their money. I’m not Orly Taitz and I´m the not The Post & Email. I don’t have a Paypal button asking for donations.
I’ve tried selling pre-orders of my book and that is the only time that I accepted any money from supporters. And the total of all of pre-orders was less than $500 and I refunded it most of that to buyers once Paypal froze my paypal account.
I don’t want anyone´s money for free.
I work for a living (nutrient analyst - from a distance) and I spend my free time with Obama research, day and night.

It was filed with an Affidavit Sept 4, 2009.
If the problem is getting air time, or exposure, maybe someone here could set up a 501(c) and that way you could get the document out, and the money would run outside of you personally. Or, set up a birther committee here, use freepmail to communicate so all the “Obots” like me won’t know what is going on, and figure out ways to disseminate the document. I mean you guys could all print some out on your printers and hang them in shop windows. Just ideas.

People who show up demanding that everyone answer their questions needs to spend the hours reading that those of us following this have done.
