Sometimes Smith feels bad after he has posted a totally inappropriate comment (such as he has lately) and he then pulls them . I have copied them into my posts so there is a record.

Also I had posted part of Smiths criminal record at # 616 . Smith had it pulled.

I talked to the mods about it and while they agree its in the public records they didnt want to take the chance of leaving it up

I received this info from another freeper who had found criminal activity by Smith as recently as 2008

Respectfully,
Woofie

Which proves what??
Smith submitted the document and an affidavit to the courts.
If he lied, he will be held accountable.
Any supporting evidence, that he may need in court, is priveledged information.
He is represented by lawyers, as he has told us all on numerous occasions, and I presume, has been told not to discuss anything that has not already been mentioned.
So you, Mik, and others brow beat him to get more information.
What a surprise, its not forthcoming. And I surmise, until he is heard in open court, and his documents and affidavit are heard, she SHOULD say nothing.
Now, it appears he spends his time on various projects, and lets what information go that can be let go, and nothing else.
Nobody can prove the document is fake, or real, but Smith
So don’t act like you can or cannot disprove it, because you can’t.
Move on to other projects, or are you simply incapable of understanding what has been said a thousand times before.
Sheesh!

I like to post this list occasionally when it seems appropriate:
Here are Alinsky’s Rules for those who haven’t seen them lately:

1. Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.
2. Never go outside the experience of your people. It may result in confusion, fear and retreat.
3. Wherever possible go outside the experience of the enemy. Here you want to cause confusion, fear and retreat.
4. Make the enemy live up to his/her own book of rules.
5. Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.
6. A good tactic is one that your people enjoy.
7. A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.
8. Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.
9. The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.
