I believe Lucas is mad about the Freddie Mercury thing for a couple of very simple reasons.
After having bought on e-bay two colonial reports and having discussed them in his video
he came to the conclusion than neither Kenya’s, nor Zanzibar’s government issued BCs before they became indipendent
this would have made the Hospital the legitimate source to his fraud
when the Mercury certificate was mailed to him
he immediately realized he made an error but what got him really mad was having to spend money to do the research he could easily have done on the net which he know disqualifies entirely.
BTW my previous post linking to the GVT of Kenya is partially supporting Lucas position. It says that before the 70’s Gvt BC’s were not mandatory. It also says that during the colonial period GVT BCs were mandatory for Europens and Americans Only.
If you think about it, this is interesting. How would Kenya’s authorities have dealt with Obama’s case ? His father was African and his mother was American. So was his American mother required to register him (condition for obtaining a gvt BC) or not ?
I am advised to make one final post to you. So here it is.
Why do you attempt to chastise me for seeking out tangible historical documents? Are you really attempting to imply that EVERYTHING is on the Internet already? And even if EVERYTHING was already on the Internet would you still attempt to imply that all investigation and detective work should be carried out and conducted online? Online were information can be distorted and completely and categorically “brought up to date” to what the current political and or economic regime deems as “fact”.
Maybe you should read books such as: “The Tomorrow File” by Lawrence Sanders, “1984” by George Orwell, “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley. Yes, I myself have read these books and I read them while I was rotting away during a one year stay in the “hole” during my 5 year prison sentence.
Maybe you should also watch the movie, “V for Vendetta”. Sometimes we can all learn more effectively when we are taught via “PARABLES”. Modern parables are sometimes in the form a novel or fiction movie and can be more effective in educating the masses than the classroom can.
I despise gente such as Great Kim aka Mik Tearg who believe that all the information that any of us need is now in the “cloud”, or, in other words out there in cyberspace. I bet Great Kim aka MIk Tearg doesn't´t even order delivery pizza by telephone, she (or he) probably places an order ONLINE with Dominos Pizza or Pizza Hut.
The Internet is one of the greatest informational tools known to mankind. But none of us should ever fool ourselves into believing that the Internet has all of the answers or that it SHOULD have all of the answers. Information on the Internet can be “brought up to date” (a euphemism for falsified and intentionally distorted) by the hour. Where as a tangible book written and published a hundred years ago will read the same even after 300 years have passed.
I myself enjoy using the Internet took seek out information but, I always reconfirm my findings (when conducting an investigation or research report or case study for school) with some sort of tangible evidence that I procure in the “FIELD”.

Any and ALL websites or online accounts can be hacked. Even links themselves can easily be hacked. As for creating disinformation and plastering it on the Internet it is done every day.
And anyone can create a website. “Free” websites can be created by almost any layman that can read and type. You can create 100 a day and reference them all on other websites and add dates such as 2006 or 2005 even though it's now 2010.
I myself, Lucas Smith, went to University to study (among other sciences) Sociology and Social Sciences. Other people such as Great Kim aka Mik Tearg studied Graphic Design and Programming.
Great Kim aka Mik Teard is being condescending when she/he makes claims to everyone at Freerepublic.com that a person would need supernatural powers to hack and distort information online or in the “cloud”.
Nowadays 17 year old kids hack into other peoples emails for fun and hack links that direct other users to different websites. Yet Great Kim aka Mik Teard wil distract you with jokes such as, “I bet Lucas will claim next that I, Mik Tearg, invented the Internet!”.
I don't know much about Mik Tearg aka Great Kim other than that she / he lives in San Francisco, California and that she / he works in Graphic Design. I also know that she / he is lair and a half rate when it comes to investigating, researching and analyzing evidence and or information. I also know that she / he is a forger of documents.
Great Kim aka Mik Tearg now brings to the discussion information that was published in 2006 regarding the history of recording Vital Statistics in Kenya. This is evidence, strangely enough, goes in my (Lucas Smith's) favor regarding birth certificates is colonial Kenya and goes against what Kim aka Mik Tearg has claimed in the past. Normally I would thank a person that helps me but in this case Kim aka Mik insults me by claiming that I, Lucas Smith, am angry because I had to buy the information when iy was already onlien for free.
I have been collecting old money and old documents and antiques for several years now. Many I have bought online in such places as eBay. I have several diffent eBay accounts which over the years I have bought many old documents as well as antiques.
I have also traveled around the county (USA) and traveled the WORLD collecting old documents and antiques. It's a hobby which I enjoy tremendously.
When I bought the old Kenya Colony & Protectorate and Zanzibar reports I wasn't just looking for information about births and vital statistics (in fact, I wasn't even thinking about births) I was looking for ANY information which would help in authenticating Obama’s 1961 CPGH Mombasa birth certificate.

As to Great Kim aka Mik Tearg’s Internet searches regarding Kenya all I can say is that I (Lucas Smith) have already done all of that. Internet search engines are a good place to start but are no place to conclude anything. That's why I (and many others, even Kims aka Miks own people at Politijab.com) have called him / her out for faulty conclusions and wild accusations.
In addition Great Kim aka Mik Tearg has made several other outlandish claims based entirely on speculation.
1. Claim that Lucas Smith still has both of his kidneys.
2. Claim that Lucas Smith never published or even wrote a book.
Truth is I only have one kidney now that I donated the other in the 2006. And I never scammed anyone. The Wilson family were in agreement to pay $200,000 from the start in 2003. When their loan (maybe on their house) didn't go through they then paniced and ran with a crazy story which not even the police or FBI believed. I went on to donate to another individual who was already rich and could afford pretty much anything they wanted in life. By the way, the Wilson family did well with their online smear. Another woman from my hometown (Cedar Rapids) felt sad after reading the story and wanted to redeem her hometown's good name and she donated her kidney to Jim Wilson in 2004. Jim Wilson lived on until he died in 2008. And he didn't die for lack of a kidney transplant. Without me and the other woman from Cedar Rapids Jim Wilson would have died before 2008 while waiting on the almost never ending waiting list for a kidney transplant from a dead person. One of the biggest problems that I have experienced in life is that because I have overcome the odds (young state prisoner to successful young man)and have also accomplished many big things in life at a young age ....... this causes people that are a decade older than me (or any age that is older than me, especially those that are 45 and older) to resent me and become jealous.
For example, I bought and paid in full my first house when I was 26 years old. Many business associates and family members tend to not recognize this purchase and because it's almost beyond their belief that a 26 year old kid that was only 3 years out of prison had accomplished the American dream.
Or take Charles Lincoln for example. I, Lucas Smith, wrote a brief for one of his so called clients Kathy Garcia-Lawson. The brief was so damn good that Charles Lincoln got jealous because it was better than anything that he had ever written in his life. Charles then accused me of “paying” another attorney to write it for me. WTF! And all Charles was supposed to do was pay me $700 for the brief! And I had to almost break the guy's arm to get him to pay me the $700!
Oh, and by the way Kim aka Mik. The blow up between Charles Lincoln and I had already been brewing before I wrote the brief for Kathy Garcia-Lawson. Do you know why? Here's why: It was because Charles is such a sucker for “Internet information”. Charles, Kathy Garcia-Lawson and I (Lucas Smith) were discussing State licensed marriage. Charles and Kathy claimed that it wasn't until 1908 or something that any State in the USA ever started issuing marriage licenses and that before that it was only the Church. I called them both out in friendly manner. Charles then grabbed his Apple Notebook and started pulling up Internet references one after another in support of the 1908 date or something like 1908. I then told them both that I'd seen old “marriage licenses” (not to be confused with “marriage certificates” which are issued by Churches)on eBay before when searching for old documents and antiques. I then pulled up a few that very night. They were all three from around the civil war era. Then Charles started in with his whole Texas and Civil War rant and stated this was only to not allow blacks and whites to legally marry. I (Lucas Smith) then said to Charles, “But, hey, just an hour ago you were jumping up and down for 1908 as being the first date of ANY State Licensed Marriage. That's when Charles started getting REAL jealous. In any case, I told them both that I could even find State Licensed Marriages from 1700s in the USA. And latter that night I did! I found the book: “Names of Persons for whom Marriage Licenses were Issued by the Secretary of the Province of New York Previous to 1784”. That's when Charles Lincoln Really started losing it! He then started hunting down Internet references to shoot me down with! He even found Internet references stating that it wasn't until 19— something that 5 boroughs of New York starting issuing State marriage licenses. What a bunch of crap! Then Charles went to citing wikipedia which said the same crap! That's when I knew that it was only a matter of time before the Charles Lincoln and Lucas Smith alliance would soon come to an end. Yet again I had run into another person that was a couple of decades older than me and that just couldn't handle it when a young guy (Lucas Smith) turned out to know more than the great Charles Lincoln knew. Charles just couldn't accept that.
I remember one time in prison I escaped (summer of the year 2000). I scaled over the prison wall in very early morning and made a run for the woods and then took the river, swam and waded down the river for three (3) days. I made it! At least for a total of seven days. I was a week later caught in Cedar Rapids. I remember when I was dragged back to prison and thrown in the “hole” all I was asked over and over and over and over was, “Hey, who came and picked you in the car outside the prison wall!” I told the correction officers hundreds of times, “No one. I swam the river.” No of them believed me. I asked them, “hey, if there was a car here then why don't you have their vehicle plate on security camera?”. For the next 3 years none of the prison staff believed me. The only people that believe me are the family members that came and picked me up from the river about 80 miles aways from the prison after I'd spent three days wading down the muddy and junk filled river.
I have many feats that I have accomplished in my young life. The problem is that the older generation in to jealous to to consider them as facts. Take Great Kim aka Kim Tearg, the guy / lady sits behind a computer 24-7 and probably has a gut that hangs over his or her belt because the guy / lady has never spent a day in the “field”.
Regarding the Zanzibar birth certificate that Great Kim aka Mik Tearg claims that she /he found online for Freddy Mercury, I can't ascertain yet whether it's real or not. But by the way Kim aka Mik, stop confusing my videos reports for the single one time posts I made made online regarding Zanzibar and birth certificates. My video reports are precise and almost always 100% on point. In the video I didn't even go into the Zanzibar report. I only shot the cover and the contents page and then I said that we will cover this in the future in a different video.
The Zanzibar report is complicated and difficult to understand without using insight (which many many many people lack). The Kenya Colony and Protectorate report is very easy to follow. But the Zanzibar report is not so easy. I will say here for now that the “Kenya Protectorate” (not ti be confused with the Kenya Colony) is very much related to the Zanzibar Protectorate though not not the same by any means. I understand it well but it is difficult to explain to an audience in 10 minutes (or even in an hour).
I'm not totally sure about births and deaths in Zanzibar and their recording of.
One strange thing about the Freddie Mercury birth certificate is that they text (and no Kim aka Mik, I don't mean that exact wording) looks to be the same as the 1961 CPGH Mombasa birth certificate. But I guess this font could just be an older font that was used by both Governments or maybe by almost everyone. But the Zanzibar birth certificate looks so much like the CPGH 1961 birth certificate. NO, not exactly. But just look at it.
Another glaring flaw with the Zanzibar document is all the mistakes on it. NO, not historical factual mistakes. I mean the mistakes where the person filling out the form scratches out their pen writing and writes something new.
In the United States I have seen this. But abroad (in Latin America and in Africa) I have never seen this to be allowed. I mean one little mistake and they rip up the whatever form that they are wrtiting up and they start over fresh. I've even been forced in immigration to start over with a new form when entering a foreign country. Yet, this Zanzibar birth certificate has several scratch outs on it.
It's almost like the forger did it on purpose as a distraction. Making something so obvious that it has to be real because why would a forger make a such a foolish mistake. Is that what you did Mik aka Mik? Doesn't matter. I am sure that you will ignore all the important segments of this very long post and just attack by pouncing on the Zanzibar document with another, “Hey, Lucas still thinks I have magical powers!” I'm sure that Kim aka Mik will ignore the rest of the very subjective and very conscientious post.
Anyways, don't bother replying. I didn't even want to make this reply but I am sort of being directed to do so.
This year of 2010 we will see litigation in name of: Lucas Daniel Smith vs Barack Hussein Obama II. That's all that matters at this point. I'm done answering to Obots.
