COMPANIES OF ALL SIZES FEAR NATIONAL HEALTH CARE
The Cypress Times ^ | 4/12/10 | Kevin Price

Obama's massive health care proposal has far reaching implications, many of which we are now only beginning to learn about. One of the biggest areas of concern is the cost to businesses of every size. Higher government costs on business leads to several negative effects, including these businesses becoming less competitive (or leaving the US to avoid the costs), laying off employees to avoid certain regulatory thresholds or simply to remain competitive, and higher prices for consumers (since businesses will be forced to pass on the higher costs of doing business).

The whole thing is crazy. My husband has a small business and he is going to have to lay off part timers to be able to comply. Or shut his doors.

I just “dumped” our kid’s pediatrician because he supports government healthcare. It was really hard. I’ve “boycotted” large companies, but it is different when it’s local folks you know face to face. At the same time, I cannot in good conscience pay money to anyone who supports this atrocity.

Bravo to you. It is time for all to stop paying/supporting those that mean harm, either intentionally or by supernormal levels of stupidity.

This means companies. This means individuals.
