Just as in the nation as a whole, I won't be convinced there aren't enough good people left in Californistan to right the ship. Thanks EdReform. It does look like time for joining up is running out. A shame really at this point. My personal expectation was that it might reach 100,000 or more. It may be that a lot of people saw it as a campaign gimmick or some other form of self promotion, or maybe saw it as inconsequential, I dunno. From my perch down here in Texas, Van Irion appears to be the real deal and I wish him well.

Hard to tell in this particular instance but your observation is still valid nonetheless. Americans have been in a deep sleep for decades and it shows by way of the stench coming from the cess pool we know as DC. The electorate, such as it is sent the marxists there most recently under the banner of hope and change without knowing exactly what it was they were voting for -- or why. Praying for an awakening of the unwashed that will yield a sea change in November.

Thanks EdReform. I went looking for an announcement but all I found was a comment in the FAQ PAGE that they had 120 days from April 8 to add plaintiffs. I gather there must have been a change somewhere along the way.
