IMO, marijuana should be legalized. That alone would be a great weapon against the Cartels.
While we're at it, why don't we legalize prostitution, or thievery, or maybe even murder.
It's such a flash of brilliance legalizing illicit behavior to reduce the behavior instead of just making it completely uncomfortable, even painful to the people committing the crimes.
