There is no denying that TV has drastically changed in the last decade. The majority of the latest stream of TV shows base themselves around the crime world. They take you into the evil minds of people that commit horrible acts of violence to the young and the old. Little is left to the imagination on these crime scene shows. Why subject yourself to these types of programs all in the name of entertainment? Seeing these kinds of destructive

The last cop show I liked was Hill Street Blues and that was pretty extreme in its day.
Crime really doesn’t interest me much.

That’s going back a long ways.
I don’t watch them.
My TV viewing is confined to History channel, TCM, Discovery, Science Channel, etc- and Fox new.
TV is so dark these days that I stick to the retro channels - RTV and This TV. With all the old shows.

I had a person claiming to be calling on behalf of the Nelson ratings service. When I told them they were wasting their time as I don’t watch TV anymore they asked me a few questions anyway.
