If they are illegal immigrants, by definition they are law breakers. So what is the problem in enforcing the law? As for “civil rights”, in the first place these people, by definition, are not part of the “civil population”. In the second place it’s not as if they are all going to be lined up against a wall and shot. Enforcement of any law implies some kind of coercion, but it doesn’t have to mean cruelty, and its disingenious of the president to imply otherwise.

To hear some talk, you'd think they were. I'm sure it's not pleasant to be "racially profiled" or to be asked for ID, but where is the sympathy for the millions of Americans and legal immigrants who've been beaten, robbed, raped, killed, hit by illegal alien drunk drivers, caught diseases from illegals; not to mention the many who've lost their jobs or seen their wages go down, those who've had their identities stolen, kids whose schools are now dangerous, ineffective and overcrowded; people whose neighborhoods are ruined, and on and on and on? We're supposed to be outraged because somebody might be asked for ID. Well, sorry. I'm too busy being outraged about all of the above.
