Maybe I’m dense but that site is horrid to negotiate.
Being that the “worst political blog” is a Palin site, and the “best one” is a hate palin site, with daily kos slightly under it, my guess is kos is orchestrating the voting.
I wish, just wish, they could really care for this country instead of focusing on their hate.

The blogs are organized by number of votes and then alphabetically. It's a lot easier to find if you know the number of votes.
