Obama left the Lowell Schachtsiek farm near Palmyra, Mo., around 2:45 p.m., and his motorcade drove north along U.S. 61 before crossing the Memorial Bridge into Quincy. He arrived at the OLC at about 3:25 p.m., about a half hour ahead of his released schedule.
It appears that the president is doing some change-up on his event and travel schedule; to arrive before the largest crowd of protesters are there, perhaps? I wouldn't be surprised if he continues with this kind of thing when he goes out in the real world.
