You have no understanding of the intent of the First Amendment.

The intent was that you could express your opinion on politics or other public matters and not fear the police dragging you off to prison in the middle of the night.

Period.

It was not intended to mean that anyone had to give you a platform to express your ideas.

It certainly was not intended that the government would force private entities to invite you to speak.

But you are right about one thing: This might invoke the law of unintended consequences and result in universities and other public entities being forced to invite conservative speakers, and force them to furnish security.

Here's just the "bomb!"

"[S]ome investigators say they are troubled by the impunity with which Ayers and Dohrn have peddled a version of the past wiped clean of bloodshed."

Weathermen’s Ticking Time Bomb

University employees and high ranking government and media employees are facing growing difficulties protecting Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ayers.

"[S]peaking publicly for the first time about the investigation, former FBI agents have told Village Voice Media the basis for their belief that the Weather Underground was behind McDonnell’s murder. The agents have revealed that two credible eyewitnesses — both former left-wing radicals tied to the Weathermen — gave detailed statements to investigators in the 1970s alleging that Dohrn and Howard Machtinger, another member of the group, were personally involved in organizing the deadly attack."

"I was not intended to mean that anyone had to give you a platform to express your ideas."

Correct. You have right to speak, but others have the equal right to not be compelled to listen.

Do we need an Arizona-type law to make murder illegal when the likely murderers are darlings of the media and the Establishment?

The Kenyan Kakistocrat, biological/ ideological child of Ayer's and Dohrn's 1960s MALADY of campus rabble - Marxist, Alinsky-Leninist Alien Democrat Youths -- orders DoJ to continue protecting Mr. and Mrs Ayers?

The 1960s MALADY is arguably now the Establishment.

Justice Department to San Francisco Police: Shut Up!

Justice Department: 'Zip it' on Ayers probe. Administration muzzles police officers who want to reopen murder case.

"... the San Francisco Police Officers' Association made public a letter pointing a finger at Ayers and Dohrn that demands those responsible for the bombing be brought to justice. 'There are irrefutable and compelling reasons to believe that Bill Ayers and his wife Bernardine Dohrn are largely responsible for the bombing of Park Police Station,' the officers stated in the letter."

Obama's DoJ's response: "Shut up!"

You are absolutely correct. He has a right to speak.

Now, if attendance is mandatory, then there might be a different legal issue.

One thing for sure, the publicity will probably attract a bigger audience.

If a few hundred anti-Ayers protestors show up, will they call out the SWAT Team?

precedent has been set now.

Yes, it has. That means that when they try to block our people from speaking, they can't do so legally.
