Conservative Examiner ^ | 4-30-10 | Robert Moon

Since California has decided to declare a full-blown economic war on Arizona for daring to expect immigrants to follow rules, the rest of us who support the rule of law are left with no choice but to come to Arizona's defense.

Buy a Ruger. They are made in Az

Great idea! I've been trying to figure out what gun to buy. I took a quick look and the reviews for the SR9c look pretty good. Any thoughts? Anyone? (I'm 5'3" 115 lb female)

I think the Ruger LCR or LCP would be nice little firearms for women, or men for that matter.

Looks really good. Nice and compact. Good sights and ergonomics.

Also the SR9c would alleviate the need for a laser sight, since it has nice sights.

Holds more than the LCR or LCP too.,

What I dont like, is the glock type safety. But that looks like a winner to me.

It really looks to be well thought out and a good general purpose as well as concealed carry gun.

The trigger is pretty light for a gun that essentially doesn’t have a safety, so remember the best safety is the one between your ears.

My mistake. It does have a thumb safety.

This looks like a winner all around.

I thought it just had a glock type safety which isn’t a safety at all.

Thanks for researching this, mylife.

My first plan is to find a range that has one to rent and give it try. If I can’t find one to rent, I’ll just buy one and take it to the range. (I broke my right wrist a few years ago — I’m right-handed. I don’t think I’m now too gimpy to fire a gun but would like to know for sure.)

Is there any advantage to buying a firearm in person rather than online?

How's that Apple boycott coming along?

On a related note, how about a boycott of the San Francisco Giants? Not a single African-American player. They should be tied to a post and milked at regular intervals, like my uncle's goat.

What a pile of BS

California Did Not declare a full-blown economic war on Arizona. Frisco is a small town up north with less than a million population.

LA is a bunch of small towns hooked together by freeways.
with a Mexican Mayor.

This is not California.

Here in San Diego, With over 3 million population and the size of the State of Connecticut share a 60 mile border
with Mexico. We have been dealig with this problem
having a large city with over 1 million population, Tijuana
sharing our border which is the largest and busiest border crossing in the world.

some people like the bash California because they would like to live here but are stuck in podunk flinging their arms and looking like idiots.

That does it! I buy nothing from California businesses until this madness ends. I hope Arizonans will reciprocate California’s hostility, because California has a LOT more to lose, given how much produce they send around the west. To Mexico with California!
