I think this “mark of the beast” thing is just nuts... People need to get real.

Encoding information in your hand and head has already happened. Your memory, and the ID card you hold in your hand. Sorry, if the Mark was to be refused, you missed the opportunity. Or maybe it speaks of a “spritual Mark”.

The idea of a national card is bad enough but there are folks who are promulgating the notion of a chip inserted under the skin. The commercial ads are on the web and they have been on TV.

Let’s just take the religious aspect out of this discussion for a moment and simply consider the notions as to what such a system does to our liberties and to our own self concepts as rational human beings. To be chipped like a dog or cow? The book of Revelation aside, the very concept turns my patriotic red white and blue stomach. The book of Revelation says that taking of the Mark of the beast has spiritual connotations. It symbolizes the rejection of God and the worship of Satan. Still interpretations may differ and I personally think it will be an out and out branding, with or without a chip!

Now it may be argued that this card or chip system is purely an economic/ political ID access system created for purely secular purposes for the protection of “true citizens”; that its application will be politically neutral and won’t be used to force folks to give up their personal religious beliefs or practises. But my friends, it forces you to give up your privacy and the party that today is benign in monitoring this “ economic access” system may not be so benign tomorrow.

Why do you think the creators of these systems are using such terms such as “digital angel” or “believe”? They seek to subvert the consciences of the American people into accepting these liberty robbing systems. There again, if you doubt that one could make an accurate tie in between the book of Revelation and these “access systems”, one could at least remember historical examples of societies that required proof of identity on demand, on pain of jailing or worse!

So the choice comes down to being men or being cows with the threat of instantly being economically culled if the monitors from afar don’t like you!
