When read only partially, or, worse, when only a headline is perused, mistakes are likely. Ain't it the truth? The author is using the word "denier" in the opposite sense that the Left has been using it. To him, the deniers are the ones who won't listen to the arguments of the skeptics.
A good idea before commenting: read the article.
