This is how you know it is a good thing.

David Brooks, a man who voted for Obama because of the crease in his pants thinks it is bad.

This crying old fool in Utah STOLE money from the American treasury. The voters of Utah are to be praised for kicking his *** out.

Brooks works for the NYT and goes in NBC.... he’s a RINO whore who makes his living off of pleasing the Left.

Interesting, to call it an “outrage.”

That’s not the cry of a disappointed political interest in a democratic republic - rather, it’s the cry of an elite who is pissed that the bottom dwellers don’t know their damn places.

Let the Rinos like David Brooks wallow in their outrage but let questionable senators with a tendency to sleep with the enemy, like Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah, also consider Ronald Reagan's Maxim: if you can't make them see the light, let them feel the heat.

Orrin Hatch must lead more than a token resistance to Obama's supreme court appointee, he must lead an all out war against her. Senator Hatch's tendency has always been to cozy up to the likes of Teddy Kennedy. The days of forgiveness to Republicans who engage in this kind of betrayal are now over. Hatch has been plainly shown what the new rules are and what he must do.

what an elitist. The citizen have decided their representative no longer represent them, so they voted him out. This is normal for any democracy

“and now he’s losing his career over that - it’s a damn outrage”

Since when is public service a “career”?? Brooks is pathetic and laughable. Brooks is literally the House Conservative at the NYT, might as well be Step N Fetchit.

When Bob Benette referred to “it”(representation) as his “career”, you knew something wasn’t right...(in more ways than one.)

I didn’t think that a “conservative” such as David Brooks would have much use for a Republican Senator from Utah. Who knew?
