Perfect time of year to bring that up. I understand that it would be closer to 100% of the power out. I heard that shutting down 25% would increase the demand on the balance and fry the entire system almost immediately.
Oh well, LA will be standing up for "what is right". Of course, they will be standing in a pool of sweat.
