Hell, I’m a lousy cook and even I can put that together. Thanks.

If I make something like that it would be the Chocolate Chip *20* Pound Cake, LOL.

Looks easy, the kids will like it. ;-) Thanks!

I love these easy box-mix pound cake recipes!! Here's another good one:

Five-flavor pound cake

1 pkg butter recipe yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla (or lemon) instant pudding
1 stick butter, room temperature
4 large eggs
1 cup water
1 tsp. each, coconut, rum, butter flavoring, lemon and vanilla extract

Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Stir together the dry cake mix and pudding mix. With beater attachment, mixer on low, add softened butter, water and flavorings, add eggs one at a time. Continue on low mixing for two minutes, scrape the bowl and then beat the mix on medium for another two minutes until fully incorporated. Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan, 50-60 minutes in the oven, until toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan, then allow the cake to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar or if you wish, make a glaze with the five flavorings and a bit of milk with powdered sugar.

I nominate this post for least controversial post of the day.

That sounds really good. I’ll be the first to admit that I get a little irritated when I see a recipe for a cake that involves cake mix ;) but i’d try it.

When I was younger there was a recipe for mini chocolate chip muffins or cupcakes that I really used to enjoy. If I can find it i’ll post it here since I saved it.
