Black politicians show an unshakable support for each other regardless of incompetence, bungling or even criminal behavior.

I think they're being too simplistic here. Try being a black CONSERVATIVE. They seem to get no support from other black politicians and outright disdain from the media. It's more about ideology than race. Liberal blacks use race as a shield against criticism of their leftist positions.
