I have found it difficult to find cook books specifically for pressure cookers. There are thousands for crock pots and slow cookers but not for pressure cookers. Anyone have any recommendations?

I have two pressure cookers, 6 and 8 qt. The new one (8qt) came with a small cookbook. It was on sale for $26!

I learned by experimenting. Not recommended for the faint of heart.

I would swear that I’ve seen pressure cooker cook books in places like Barnes & Noble also.
