The article makes a good point about following an illegal CIC.

Everyone is trying to say Obama is the POTUS/CIC because he was elected and sworn in as POTUS.

I cannot think of a job other than dictator where you could be appointed/elected and then later questions arise about deceit getting the position that the issues would not be looked into in detail.

Of course, there is no proof of him being a usurper as all legal documents have been locked up. But on the other hand there is no real primary documentation readily available showing that he is eligible either.

If it was available, it would be flaunted.

The article is wishful thinking. Noble Eagle and Enduring Freedom are operations started by G.W. Bush, Obama did not sign the orders to send the LCOL to Afghanistan. Missing movement and disobedience of a lawful order are serious. By repealing the MAJs orders, the Army avoided the issue. The MAJ cannot miss a movement if he has no orders. The LCOLs orders were legit, signed by a officer. That Officer chose to force the LCOLs hand. If a senior officer tells you to get on an airplane and fly in circles for a week, you have to do it. The LCOL is hoping for a pyrrhic victory of sorts, but it will cost him. Do you realize what he stands to lose, while people cheer him from the sidelines. I am torn I think Obama has something to hide, but the military requires order and discipline. While this may make a great issue for freepers the man's career and retirement are on-line and he will not even be allowed to publicly express his views. This ain't the OJ trail folks and the Presiding Officer will not be Judge Judy.
