Can you explain the thumb/finger print on the Nordyke annouc. that does not appear in the Obama annouc.? Why & how should it appear in all copies?

The bloggers comment is It’s NOT in the copies from each location. The theroy is that these came from a master reel-all of the microfilms. When a “fingerprint” is in one, it should be in all. Yes? of the Nordyke announcement. And what it means is up to the reader...
