It is sad to say, take any small businessman or women in our home towns with common sense, knowledge of accounting and Econ and keeps up and world affairs and magically transplant them into the Presidency and they would do a better job.
Ditto that half the people posting here.
I am not sure if that is scary, or the way the founders wanted it.
To even propose the candidacy of someone with the VERY sparse (never mind, dubious) credentials of a person like “O”, the DNC yanked the rug out from under all the rational constructs which are positively indispensible to the basic function of mature reasoning.
That Americans, with their long and celebrated history of Yankee distrust for anything less than the truly authentic and demonstrable ‘McCoy’ should actually ELECT this person is a most seismically reactionary political/social event.
I only hope that the enemies of the US (and, yes they DO exist) stay weak enough long enough for us to recover.
