A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
Tim Adams, a former senior elections clerk for Honolulu, now teaches English at Western Kentucky University.
"There is no birth certificate," said Tim Adams, a graduate assistant who teaches English at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Ky. "It's like an open secret. There isn't one. Everyone in the government there knows this."
Adams, who says he's a Hillary Clinton supporter who ended up voting for John McCain when Clinton lost the Democratic nomination toObama, told WND, "I managed the absentee-ballot office. It was my job to verify the voters' identity."
He says during the 2008 campaign when the issue of Obama's constitutional eligibility first arose, the elections office was inundated with requests to verify the birthplace of the U.S. senator from Illinois.

"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."

I believe the Nordyke announcements were in the Aug 16th edition (Obama’s in the Aug 13th edition). I have photocopies of the microfilm if this is still unresolved.
The Nordyke announcements did appear in the Sunday Advertiser and it was only a few days later, not weeks.
Just trying to clarify some facts before they get mis-repeated too often. I agree there is something very strange in Obama’s continued refusal to reelease any of his past records.
He infiltrated their conference dressed as Hunter S. Thompson and managed to get on the program. He's messing with those people, and anyone who took it seriously, probably as part of a writing project. Yeah, the neo-Nazi connection is bad enough, but it was a joke, people.

The BC on the top might be real, but the one on the bottom is an admitted scam. Why do you post them both?
I’d want to do some real checking. That article was mostly people saying what they thought. I’ve learned from experience that you don’t trust Hawaiian officials when they speak off-the-record about what they think. You have to look at the laws themselves and do official requests for documents. Then, and only then, will you possibly get the truth.
For instance, voter registration happens all the time, not just during an election. In fact, the voter registration would get heavier BEFORE the election. So this article trying to say that registration wouldn’t have been happening because the election hadn’t been held yet is just rot.
And the department in question would make a huge difference as to what a person could get access to. Of course the HDOH has the BC’s. But a government official who needs to see BC’s in the process of enacting a transaction on behalf of someone is authorized to see the birth certificates.
If birth certificates were required to document citizenship for voter registration, I have no doubts that SOMEBODY there had access to BC’s - contradicting what the people who work there are trying to say (off-the-record, of course). Somebody should ask them whether they do any verification of eligibility for registering voters there, and see if their answer gets a little more “nuanced”. This taking the bureaucrats at their word without making a legal request (that they can’t lie on) or looking up the laws is shoddy work.
I don’t have the time right now, but somebody should check the voter registration statutes and see what is involved in verifying eligibility to be a voter. That would tell us a heckuva lot more than just asking a Hawaii bureaucrat, especially after so many examples where HI officials have lied to the press only to be found out through official UIPA requests by people a little more concerned with accuracy than the press is.

Normally the self-subscribing oath is enough documentation but if the application is contested the election official can request additional proof of the claims on the voter registration application.

We’ve moved WAY beyond that stage.
WND is aware that there is a serious legal argument to be made regarding your point. They have covered it, though not to the level that they cover the fraud angle. Because, they, like me, know Obama’s is lying, and that the fraud angle is what will bring him down. The litigation regarding NBC status with a foreigner for a father will be years in the making, and will be settled long after Obama is out of office, if that.

Right. We know the architects of the 14th Amendment knew exactly what the framers meant when they put the NBC requirement into the Constitution:

John Bingham, "father" of the 14th Amendment, the abolitionist congressman from Ohio who prosecuted Lincoln's assassins, REAFFIRMED the definition known to the framers by saying this:
commenting on Section 1992 said it means “every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))"
