The referenced site is defective. Stuff pops up blocking the text. Here just dont’ excerpt and folks won’t have to wade through a bunch of crap. The whole thing was hardly worth excerpting anyway.

NH Governor Launches Transparency Website
Monday, June 21, 2010 10:46 AM by Julie Borowski

Last week, New Hampshire launched its inaugural transparency website. The site, while a step in the right direction, is fairly basic. It posts monthly spending reports in pdf or excel format, which is a lot of data for the average taxpayer to digest in one sitting. Also, the website includes information such as federal stimulus spending, monthly revenue reports and state contract information, but this information too is in one lump data dump. We hope that Governor John Lynch continues to fulfill his promise of increased transparency by granting taxpayers access to even more government expenditure data in the next few months – we would like to see searchable and sortable components that allow taxpayers to more easily sift through expenditure information, and a greater level of detail so taxpayers can track, dollar for dollar, where their money is going. In the meantime, check out the new transparency website and let us know what you think!

I live in New Hampshire.

It is fast becoming a communist gulag.

Homeschool Legal Defense just issued an advisory citing New Hampshire as one of states MOST HOSTILE to homeschooling.

The lying governor signed a gay marriage law, even after his campaign promise not to sign such a law.

He’s a LYING DemoncRAT, so what could you expect.
