I totally agree but I don’t agree he is representative of cops in general. There are sadists everywhere, in all careers. Cops are not pet haters any more than any other group is.

I would never think that kitten killer was representative of cops anywhere. Most of the time when I think police, I think of them running into the Twin Towers on 9/11.
But there is no justifying the killing of a kitten. And a man who do that deserves to be mocked and scorned.
