Kim Elton is his name. He and Hollis French ramrodded Troopergate. Hollis French is a Dem candidate for Governor of Alaska this year.

You mean Kim Elton, who spearheaded the whole "Troopergate" scheme. He resigned and took a cushy job under Ken Salazar in the Department of Interior as payment for services rendered to the Obama campaign.
