It seems to me that the question left hanging is the true, legal definition of “natural born citizen”. He does not meet that qualification because his father was British. So, why didn’t the Dem Party stop this candidacy in the 1st place? He is not eligible to be President according to the Constitution, no matter where he was born.

I’m getting quite weary of all this. Obama is obviously not legally qualified, but nothing will ever come of this!

The nation has voted him into this office. That is good enough for the Dems. The Dems worship the concept of pure democracy overcoming all written law. Their concept of law is whatever you want it to be at any particular time!
I truly think the left is proud to have elected a “citizen of the world” with no patriotic love for America.

We can’t fight this as a legal issue! Especially when the left decide arbitrarily what the law is!

Count me in as one who agrees that Barry wouldn't be an NBC no matter where he was born. But the fact remains that there are a lot of mistaken folks out there who think "born in the USA" is all it takes to be an NBC. For their sakes, it's worth continuing the quest for the long form (which I don't think exists in Hawaii anyway; maybe Kenya or Canada).

When hearings were held for McCain to determine his eligibility ,hearings were also requested for obama . These hearings were blocked by pelosi and reed .. it appears that they knew in 2008 that obama was not a natural born citizens and ineligible to be president. ...... they are both guilty of treason. Both the Supreme Court and Congress has defined Natural born as requiring PARENTS TO BE CITIZENS. THIS MEANS BOTH!!!
