“BTW Palin would be the perfect choice for leader of GOP. There should be no discussion.”

+++++++++++++++++

What you got right is that there should be no discussion.

However, this would be a HORRIBLE move for Palin and for the budding rebirth of the Conservative movement.

Palin is MUCH more influential where she is, and doing what she is doing.

The Republican party, as it is, needs to be replaced by a true Conservative party, outside the bounds of the status quo. The quicker we can do that, the better.

Candidates may need to call themselves Republicans for the sake of elections, but RINOs and country-club Republicans need to GO. The “Republican” brand is dead and is a LOSER.

Accordingly, Palin should have NOTHING to do with the Republican establishment, beyond what is absolutely necessary to get true Conservative candidates elected.

Having Sarah Palin head up the RNC could be good on many levels.

1. She does energize base quite easily
2. She is conservative and that change would come easier from within - IMO
3. She is able to fire off speaches that challenge the left
4. She is not quiet and that is what the RNC needs
5. I feel that she has the better abilities to get people behind ideas than these old geezers who play party politics.

Admittedly, it would take her out of the running for president, which would only be bad for America as I think that she would be a great president.
