I had a dog that was smart and it still ate cat crap. I would say that the dog was a hell of a lot smarter than Baher ever dreamed of being. Liberalism isn’t about being smart, it’s about feeling smart and we all know that emotions get in the way of logic.
She has stated her reasoning inside out -
“I’m a liberal because I want to think of myself as smart.”
Conservatives are conservatives because their positions on issues are based in reality.
Liberals are liberals because of how they want to feel about themselves.
It’s the primary reason to declare yourself “liberal”, so that you can feel good about yourself as being morally and intellectually superior to everyone else.
It has no basis in reality, just how these people want to self-aggrandize.
I’ve actually seen Joyless Behar express her views on “The View” a number of times.
She is one of the most clueless, un-iformed, and ill-informed people I’ve ever seen on television. A strident moonbat.
P.J.O’Rourke wrote that a liberal must first be ARROGANT to be a liberal...here we have an example..
Thomas Sowell, in his book “Vision of the Anointed” speaks of this arrogant self imagine among the left.
And while believing they are smarter than those who disagree with them, they are the dumbest of all.
Because when you say “smart”, the first name that comes to mind is “Joy Behar”.
Liberalism is a mental disorder.
Behar is nothing but a “feel-good” liberal. If she knew English grammar she would be a feel-well liberal.

Smart is not one of the adjectives I think of when I hear Joy Behar.
