Look at how the GOP, from within the U.S. Senate, continues to malfunction, without any kind of political spine whatsoever, and this lack of a political spine has been ongoing for decades, without any actual signs of ending!
Exactly. The GOP in general seems to think that "we suck less" is a workable campaign strategy.
