So much for the Department of Transportation’s new “I’m not touching you” regulations for back seat passengers.

But it made the right people feel like they were doing something, which is about as much effectiveness as thinking people expected.

Fran Thomas Jr. was sitting in his office the other day, trying to figure out how he was going to find the money to send some of his staff to Worcester next week so they could be trained on how to implement the state’s new anti-bullying law. It costs $145 per person.”

Shite, I’d do it for 50 bucks a head, with graphic hands on demonstrations...especially for this meathead...

As well as the "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" regulations for those up front.

When I was six years old, some other kid at the beach was giving me a hard time. I went home in tears.

My older sister took me aside and taught me how to throw a good right hand haymaker.

Went back to the beach, found the kid, tapped him on the shoulder. When he turned around, I punched his lights out.

No more trouble.

That’s how you handle a bully.
