Crisis is exactly what they want. Crisis breeds fear. They play on crisis, IOW, people's fears, according to Rhambo, "in order to do things they wouldn't ordinarily be able to do". Fear is a great motivator. Every two bit thug dictator in the world uses fear to get what they want and there is nothing any different about Obamalamadingdong and his minions. It's a tactic as old as humanity itself.....
