These 4 clowns are only bested by Obama who promised during his campaign to reduce the deficit by going through the Federal budget with a fine tooth comb to cut duplication and fraud.After being elected, his review was able to find a paltry 100 million in duplication and fraud amidst his tripling the annual deficit to 1.4 trillion.
