Nope. Not even kidding at all. I am NOT an engineer - I don't know if the information in the video would really work or not, but that's beside the point. This video has been on YouTube since July 13th. It has been flagged, and yet it remains on YouTube's servers. Here are some screencaps:
Obviously I am not posting screencaps of schematics or materials needed.
Now I can understand how videos like these are uploaded to YouTube. I can even understand how they manage to stay there for a while. But when someone takes notice and flags the video according to YouTube's community policing police, alerting YouTube to the fact that it exists in violation of their TOS, you would think that they would be responsive enough to remove it. I wonder how many explosive devices will be built from these schematics? How many people killed? This video has been saved and documented for the authorities. There is no reason for YouTube to allow this video to remain on it's server, unless it supports the content. One can only wonder....

From what I’ve read they are certainly using the internet to disseminate information. this is supposedly a means to build a triggering device. Seems there are easier and less accident prone ways to do that.
All it takes is the "want too".. Democratic Party membership is only an option..

You DONT want to make the triggering circuit in the manner described. If you get any light leaks in to your project or the radio is accidentally activated BOOM... dead idiot. There are simpler and better ways to do this. I bet they don't have a good "success" rate with this garbage circuit.
The circuit is a basic light switch, although their implementation is overkill and clumsy. Basically, the circuit detects light and turns a relay on. The trimpot adjusts the sensitivity, or amount of light it takes to trip the circuit. You could probably buy one at Home Depot, or Tent Depot in the middle east.
I think this is a hoax. The circuit and its implementation is so amateur it’s laughable.
I believe I have attempted to explain once before that information is neutral and is virtually impossible to eliminate.
In previous episodes that date back to mainframes in the 1960's the zealous among us attempted to ban pornography by eliminating the word "breast" from search databases.
Not only did they screw up search paradigms for "breast cancer" and "breast cancer research" but the chicken breast recipe Nazi's came out of the woodwork to condemn the ignorant for their attempt to block their favorite gourmet taste sensation.
I had hoped epiphany would hit by now, but I see I am mistaken.
Free speach carries a degree of risk. I’ll gladly accept that risk since it’s more favorable then living in a society without free speach rights.
Videos on the making of explosive devices are useful by anyone, not just terrorists.
I am not asking the gov’t to censor. I am asking YouTube to enforce their TOS which state that this kind of thing can’t be posted. The video has been removed, finally.
