Obama has been getting away with this Blame Bush crap because Bush is a woos.
Bush has done the best possible thing. If he attacked Obama, it would instantly divert attention to him and his presidency while taking the spotlight off Obama.
Letting Obama stew in his own juices is the perfect strategy as this poll shows.
