The "potatoe" thing ain't gonn'a fly this time. That worked for them once but I don't believe that this young man will succumb to that sort of idiotic trash.
Especially when the whole SETUP depended on the stupidity of the public, instead of Dan Quayle.
Potatoe is actually the original word, and potato is the American 'bastardization' of it.
Same with COLOR and COLOUR, GAGE and GUAGE.
See, nowadays, if you jes axe enough people, you will find out they don't really know how to spell potato(e) and don't care how it's spelled.
Back then, the media told them how it SHOULD be spelled, and the Quayle was illiterate because he used the proper ENGLISH spelling, and they bought it.
