There won’t be a 1000 of anything. They already have a bill cutting their numbers so will end up being only maybe a net increase of 100. So bogus. Recommend we move the White House, House and Senate Chambers to Laredo or El Paso since they think they are such great places - lots of cheap empty buildings.
